Very disappointing , had to make a purchase (ultimately did two somewhat moderate total cost/price purchases for a little under $200) just regularly yesterday without the card cuz couldn’t load money to it in a way working out as okay for me ie convenient (and REASONABLE!!!) for me ! Have not tried loading money at the store because I do not wish to have to go all the way to store . Should have more ways to load money to the card like you should be able to do it over the phone at least . Better would be doing it online somehow like buying a gift card , but this jot [not!!!!!!] available ! Tried transfer to the account for the card from my bank account online - couldn’t do that . The Chime option ( Chime is my bank ) had it where you can find the financial institution for to transfer money to and it said Pathward business , I’m pretty sure that’s what it said and that was the only option to transfer money to a bank account w Pathward . Pathward is the bank for the reloadable card . Entering info I had under Pathward business as the holder of the account for the reloadable debit card by Target did not work . The info (can’t recall what it was ) did not fit for the Pathward business listing . So may try contacting Pathward idk if that is the thing to do . I called Customer Service on the back of the reloadable card by Target and they told me to ask my bank about how to transfer money but I contacted Chime customer service and they could not help me . Chime Customer Service , ie an actual associate said I could indeed transfer money or somehow get $ to the reloadable card BUT the virtual assistant said I could not but ONLY load money at the store w cash . Strange the virtual thing knows this but this is what the virtual thing said . Then also it looks like others are saying you can load money different ways and etc AND the info on the app AND the online account option SAY YOU CAN TRANSFER MONEY FROM ANOTHER BANK ACCOUNT ETC . I think it does say “may” be able to transfer from a bank to the Target reloadable . So it seems the Chime associate is possible to be right and other etc like the very info on the web site for the card BUT I THINK IT IS UNTRUE YOU CAN LOAD MONEY TO THE CARD BY ANY MEANS CONVENIENT AND EASY (ie any means other than loading cash at the store which is very inconvenient -- marlabobarla, 2025-05-02 ### *---- "Glitching" Is there an update for this app?
