## reMarkable mobile Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Buggy"
App is great when it works. Makes it easy to transfer files to my tablet. Problem? It doesn’t always work. Scanned two documents in just fine. Third document scans fine but won’t save. Tried multiple times. Support says it’s a known issue and they are “working hard” to correct. Current version is already two weeks old, so not sure when the update with fixes will drop. Will reevaluate then.
-- Descrabbler, 2025-06-06

### *---- "Nothing loads"
I’ve tried this app off and on for several years. It never loads anything from my account. Just a blank remarkable app.
-- Lmac4242, 2025-06-04

### **--- "Difficult to get support and can’t speak to a person"
I had issues with the pen in the first year and issues with the device in the second. It’s impossible to speak to a person. Always wants photos and video to prove there is something wrong with device. Now they offer to replace mine but only after I ship mine back to them. Well that leaves me without any device that I now rely on. For $650 spend on this, I expect better support. And why can’t you sort the available tags alphabetically in the device?
-- AmyO-007, 2025-06-01

### ***** "Great App"
Excellent companion app to accompany the tablet. I only wish we had an option to put the cursor where we want instead of the two limited choices they offer in type mode.
-- gtdqueen, 2025-05-30

### *---- "Scanning is glitching"
Scanning multiple pages doesn’t seem to work. I’ve opened a ticket with Support and they have confirmed the issues.
-- tviscomi, 2025-04-25

### *---- "Returning is a nightmare"
The process said it’s supposed to be easy to just return but I have been trying to return this for a week. Now I am trying to hunt the serial number. It is not easy to find. Avoid getting snared in their web. It would be different if it was worth the money.
-- Chel 25, 2025-04-08

### ***-- "Love the app, needs better search"
I love my remarkable. I love how it writes, I love most of the functionality of it, not too much to complain, though. The handwriting recognition is good, but two annoying things.

One, and more important, the search function does not seem to work well. It only seems to be able to search for the titles of your notes. I really need to be able to search the body of my notes, just searching for terms in note titles really isn’t that helpful.

Two, I would love to be able to indent bullet points one more level in the text editor.
-- DA_13, 2025-04-07

### *---- "Too difficult to set up desktop app"
I'm stuck now on my 2nd attempt. Software far from user friendly.
-- Yoyohammerstein, 2025-03-26

### **--- "iOS app needs work"
My notebooks aren’t present in the app but all of my books are.
-- EvilQE, 2025-03-22

### ***** "Love this app on pc too"
Very convenient perk of using the remarkable device. Everything works with no hassle or delay.
-- RPGenie, 2025-03-19
