## RemetricHealth Description
The RemetricHealth Mobile Application is an FDA listed medical software used in conjunction with our FDA cleared medical devices for remote patient monitoring and telehealth.
The RemetricHealth Mobile Application allows you to capture your vital signs in real time from various devices (blood pressure, pulse oximeter, weight scale, spirometer) and automatically transmits the data to your provider and care team for review. This program focuses on reducing visits to the hospital and unnecessary trips to the doctor while improving your overall quality of care and outcomes.
The RemetricHealth Mobile Application allows you to:
•	Track Vital Signs, Medications, and Symptoms
•	Learn more about your health condition
•	Communicate with your care team via video calls
To use the RemetricHealth Mobile Application, please contact your provider or RemetricHealth.

Their nurses check in with me anytime my bp reading is high and the app is very simple to use. Glad my doctor recommended it!

The app closes almost immediately upon opening. It will update the information but cannot review. Understand they are working on fixing the issue but it is very frustrating to use.

Update they have appeared to fix the closing of the app.  No longer frustrating to use.

### **--- "Keeps Failing"
Twice it’s frozen and won’t update data. I’ve had to delete the App and reinstall it twice. Also, it sometimes opens and immediately closes in about 3 seconds. It won’t stay open long enough to use it. I’m going to try one more time and if still having issues, I’ll stop using it. I teach my BP with it and using the App is making it rise.
