I have gotten a service error for over a year. This is the app my son’s school uses. So I can’t escape using it. I have tried everything. Deleting/reinstalling. Logging out. I wrote an email to customer support. They said they don’t offer any help for the app that isn’t the paid version. Remind is dogwater.

The app is fine but I am only able to send a message out to 9 people at a time which means I have to send multiple messages.

It’s says that my messages won’t be delivered except by app or email. And when I click on individuals it says they can’t receive my text. When I click “Learn More” it takes me a page on the website that says “oops looks like this page is missing.” Pretty frustrating, when our primary form of communication doesn’t work…

It can have some improvements. I’m in many groups. I see in my email or by notification someone sent a message. When I click on the message on the notification , it opens  the app, but it takes me to the main page and can’t see who sent the message. Then i click on all conversation and see who is on top. Sometimes it’s black highlighted, sometimes not. It is annoying too, not be able to see right away the new message.

This app is organized really poorly… maybe it’s up to the teachers and schools to label each class correctly, but I find myself spending five minutes clicking various conversations and folders each time I get a notification because it’s impossible to tell where the message is. Same thing if I want to send a message, I spend way too long trying to locate the teachers thread. There are sometimes notifications that are buried so deep I can’t even find them and I’m stuck with red notifications on my phone for eternity. Please do a bit more with your UI

I am having a really hard time figuring out how to change my email address. On the computer, the website just comes up blank. On the phone, there is no choice for changing email address.

This app crashes so often I can barely use it. I can open it long enough to get a quick glance at the teachers message before it closes, no chance of writing a reply.  When this app works it’s nice to have. Is it the most streamlined? Definitely not. But it is nice to communicate with teachers.

Our kid’s school uses this app to communicate with parents. It crashes all the time when scrolling through a thread. I wonder if it’s something to do with image sizes. In any case, the app is largely unusable. We are looking to petition the school to switch to something else as soon as possible.

### ***-- "Met with technical challenges"
The Remind app has and continues to be an effective and safe group messaging software for my school club. However, our team has encountered two main issues:

1. Recently a large red bar bearing a warning that my message will not be sent has fixed itself to every direct message thread. I have found no documentation of this error, nor any way to make it go away. The app provides no explanation or solution.
2. The character limit on announcements is far too small to fit our club's needs. I often need to send three or more separate messages to brief my teammates.

These issues are not stopping our communication, but they are obstacles: inconvenient and stressful to troubleshoot. I hope Remind continues to meet its customers needs.

The app is great in all between getting messages and sending them although after a few days of using it won’t let me open the class I am apart of to see the messages. Every time I try to enter it, it says “Sorry. We hit a snag.” Please fix this problem. Thank you.

Remind will no longer send text messages of my updates to the members of my class. The members of my classes will only receive updates if they download the app. This app continues to get worse and worse! I suggest finding a better communication app.

I received a few pictures from my son’s teacher and, since then, the app will crash anytime I open up my conversation with her. I’ve tried to delete the app and reinstall it, but this didn’t fix my issue.

Overall I like the app so I can stay up to date with my child’s school/county/teachers. It’s mostly easy to use. My only gripe is apparently I’m not receiving every message sent out from the teachers and they haven’t received all of my messages supposedly. It’s tough because they swear they are sending correspondence but I can’t prove anything except that I don’t have any messages unread in my app and that I have the sent messages from me with no response. Must be something wrong with the app if multiple teachers are saying the same thing.
