This app is a NO NO! Buggy, expensive transaction fee, slow process!! It always crash. Try remitly!!

Just remove the update always you will be better this way I think; nothings change much anyway 😒😒😒

I was happy with this company’s service at first but was totally disappointed when I had to wait almost a week to have my money remitted. I didn’t even know that there is a problem with my remittance not until my mom asked what’s causing the delay. Communication is the key here, if you cannot deliver the service on time, let your customer know. I asked for a refund and it’ll take longer than the time that they took the money out from my account. Bismal service I must say. Now we’re stuck waiting for the money that is supposedly used for my mom’s medication and I guess we have to wait another week for this to be resolved.

Exchange rate has been consistently low compare to WU

I am writing to complaint about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service. Not being the first time I do the transaction with you, I am surprised of the terrible way of waiting to recieved the money in the Philippines because of the bank clearing from your side for two days! I hope someone, somewhere reads this and makes sure a proper resolution is provided and necessary precautions are taken.

The application does not connect through internet even there is a wifi signal and 4g

This app is buggy and find it difficult to understand why one will trust transfering money using this. More testing should be done before getting released. Issues seen in creating new receipient, editing, and not allowing other forms of payment other than POLi.

Just want to leave a review after using your app for the very first time. I've been using your website to send money and I found that using this app is pretty straightforward and it saved me time! I like the fact that it saves all my details so that I don't need to go through it again on my next transaction. I also like that there are codes sent to my email and mobile to make sure that everything is secured. Definitely using it all the time now.
