### *---- "Incompetent and inefficient Team"
There have been multiple instances where the same information has been requested for compliance checks at several points of time. The team also do not respond to chat and calls for days and weeks. The last transfer was locked for 2 weeks before the refund was able to go through. I feel the FCA should set some time to school the staff on the UK financial system. Their knowledge and experience of the UK financial system is extremely low. Above all, this is poorest of all the money transfer companies I’ve ever dealt with.

I’m very disappointed with Remit Union. Since 31/07/2025 my remittance has been on hold and nobody is responding to my messages anymore since 2/08… No explanation why it’s still on compliance hold when I have provided all the information required.

I am very devastated by the level of service I have received. The response times have been unreasonably slow, and the overall communication has been poor. I have been left feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer.

I expect timely, clear, and professional communication when dealing with any service provider, and unfortunately, my experience with your company has been far from that standard.

Don’t let their high exchange rate fool you. These people respond when it’s convenient for them and it takes hours for a single transaction to go through. Imagine if it was an an emergency and the funds are needed urgently.

They do not respond to emails, WhatsApp , no telephone contact number for UK customer. My transaction has not been on compliance hold since 05/08/2025. I am going to report the issue to the financial regulatory authorities. I will have no option but to delete the app after this transaction is completed.

The contact session on the app, I don’t know whether is there for fun. You chat them and no one respond. You call and it doesn’t go through. Did transaction with them, and they help the money for compliance seek. Could not open the message attach to it so decided to call them. Now I don’t know what to do  and I can’t open the message to know what they demand me to do. Left hanging in. I don’t know what will happen next. Pray this transaction goes through and am off.
