## Remo Reviews in United States

### *---- "Junk"
This app doesn’t work. There is no way of updating firmware. Get rid of all Remo products and buy quality.
-- trburrows, 2024-02-08

### *---- "Updater doesn’t work"
Removing doorbell unit anyway camera is pixelated and says wi-fi signal is bad even though doorbell is 20ft from router with a 150meg download speed. Updater is junk doesn’t work. Using Wyze equipment going forward at least they fix their stuff and answer you. Their doorbell cam works great on other buildings I have. Yes you lost 2 sales because your stuff isn’t thought out well enough or work right. I work in IT I know bad stuff when I see it.
-- uiowamadeline, 2022-02-14

### *---- "Does not find door cam"
Can't find door cam, even though on same wifi network, using fresh batteries.

Bad mistake !!!
Horrible product. Poor support and this updater app is a bad joke. All your going to get is lost time!!
-- GV Jay, 2021-03-12

### *---- "Does not actually work"
This software is worse than the doorcam, which is why we're all here trying to update the firmware for a solution. It will not update your camera. Avoid this entire line of product.
-- bmstang, 2021-02-27

### *---- "Doesnt work. Cannot find my network !"
Doesn’t work
-- Lady loves to camp, 2021-02-01

### *---- "Does nothing"
It cannot find my doorbell even though my phone is on the same network. Support will not return my phone call.
-- jplw, 2020-08-25

### *---- "Remobell plus not recognized"
Not recognizing my doorbell so unable to update firmware
-- SlicerZZZ, 2020-03-18
