## Remonon Reviews in United States

### ***** "Make the scanning easier"
I love that I get refunded the taxes that I pay. What I dislike about this app is that a lot of times it will not accept our receipts
-- 66ladybug, 2025-05-23

### *---- "Horrible"
Every receipt gets kicked back for a new issue that using a VAT form normally we normally wouldn’t have issues with. 250 euro max receipt is hard to do a family grocery shop. No tax information at the bottom means you have paid cash even though we definitely did not. God forbid you buy coffee off of base because it’s a rationed item. All of these items were not an issue until this app came along.
-- brrraaadd, 2025-05-15

### **--- "Missing Human Element"
I find that the human element is missing from this app. It’s illogical to me to reject a total receipt because of one line item like coffee. Remonon loses and I lose too. When grocery shopping it’s easy to forget to have the coffee separate and is often inconsiderate to the customer behind me. The human element would be to remove the cost of the coffee and process the rest of the receipt. Not only is the human element missing but also the simple math.
-- Missing Human Element, 2025-05-11

### ***** "Excellent Communication"
In a world where AI mainly gets used to crank out garbage, this application actually makes great use of document scanning, reading and processing.
-- ChuckDoesn‘tNeedANickname, 2025-04-27

### ***** "Works well enough"
Updates too frequently
-- DivineHawk, 2025-04-04

### *---- "Doesn’t Work!"
The app is requesting an update, but it's glitching and not allowing me to proceed with the update. I cannot skip this update in order to submit the VAT form before the submission deadline.
-- Aveteran22, 2025-04-03

### ***** "Seems to work!"
I’ve used this for about two months now and it seems to work really well! Love how easy it is to scan documents to the app, and it’s relatively easy to claim receipts for online purchases (as long as you follow the necessary steps). Super awesome to have this available to military folks and the like in Germany. Thank you for making this app!
-- Deceptive Einhorn, 2025-04-01

### ***** "The most efficient process we have found since our move"
We love this app! It’s clever and easy and that’s all anyone wants. The customer service is also surprisingly helpful and down to earth. It’s a great system.
-- L A Reymolds, 2025-04-01

### ***** "Painful to learn"
Everything has to be dress right dress. Remember no coffee, smokes or booze. Break large purchases into multiple ones at places like IKEA. It is hard to scan long receipts and you can’t break them into two files. Remember this when you clean out Globus or IKEA. It is getting better once I figure it out.
-- 1259richard little, 2025-03-18

### *---- "Scanner"
This version released today is horrible! Bring back the scanner from the last version!!

Have to hold the camera much farther away now. Scan is very dim, even with the flashlight turned on. Wouldn’t let me merge multiple scans into one receipt…

The older version was much better!!
