WiFi issues
Im having the same problem WiFi is not showing at all can’t connect the Nano to my wife network.
Will not work
Avalon nano 3 will not connect when I enter in the ip address manually or when I connect to the WiFi. One units ip address changed 3 times and now the WiFi address heater_nano_**** won’t even show up on WiFi. Changing router also will not make any difference. This is a software app issue. Doesn’t look there is any tech support for units or app either.
Useless
Can’t select a WiFi network after connecting to device. Had to use laptop instead. Trash app.
Can’t connect
Just got my new Avalon nano 3. Plugged it in, downloaded this app and here I sit 4 hours later still unable to make a connection to my WiFi. I get to the screen to choose the WiFi I want to use and it’s empty, refresh and it’s still empty. Put in the ssid manually, nothing. Hopefully customer support has some idea. iOS 18.2 beta
