App does not let me press continue button after the feedback prompt.
Installed the latest version on my iPad and iPhone with latest iOS and it just hangs on the title screen. You can click on the terms of use and privacy policy but the continue button does not work. Lovely app.
I downloaded the app but never got past the first screen. I am so annoyed. There was a button at the bottom with the word Continue. I tried tapping on that button so many times, and tried closing and opening again, tried to see if I read the complete terms and privacy rules, and whatever else I could think of, but I could not get anything to happen when I tapped on that button. Maybe it’s your way of getting around the Apps Gone Free offer. It’s only good for one day. So if you can create a problem, you can fix it the next day, but sorry, it’s not free anymore. Now it’s $120 again. No thanks.
Continue Button is not responsive.
First off to be fair I did submit a trouble ticket within the application and didn’t give them a lot of time to get back. But this application doesn’t work at all. I have five TVs, all of which are Wi-Fi connected. It finds one of them. And the one that it does find it can’t control any feature of the TV. The TVs are configured in multiple ways google TVs, Amazon, TVs and Roku. I’m fairly technical being a programmer, but it is possible. That I’m missing something. I hope they figure out what the main issue is and releasing an update as the interface looks very Nice. Hisense TVs are the two 2024 models so very new TVs they are less than 10ft away from the AP.
I downloaded the app, then hit OPEN. At the bottom of the screen is CONTINUE. It wouldn’t go to the next screen after tapping CONTINUE. So, I deleted the app and downloaded it again - very same result! I won’t get another chance to obtain the app for free, so, I’ll never learn what a really get app it is. (Just don’t charge me for it now! Sorry I missed it. 😢
