## Remote for RokuTV Reviews in United States

### *---- "Waste of money"
Didn’t even work
-- rairai0407, 2025-01-05

### *---- "Scam"
Sets you up for a premium subscription if you aren’t paying enough attention like I did and accidentally approving an in app purchase which isn’t refundable due to it being in app purchase. Plus it’s a weekly subscription on top of that it’s 7 dollar’s who would pay 21 dollars a month for a remote.. just buy a new remote or get the other app that doesn’t try and scam you.
-- Jaxks7, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Waste of money"
The official roku app actually has a free remote and it’s functional. Don’t waster your money on this scam.
-- MrSpeks567, 2024-12-28

### *---- "Blatent scam"
Real roku remote is free with same exact features, designed to look identical to confuse quick consumers and appeals with affordable “lifetime” offer but roku as a whole offers the remote for free on the original app. Dont get tricked just because $30 sounds cheap, it’s expensive if the real thing is free.
-- @n1m4l, 2024-08-18

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
Can’t press okay. Everything else works but can’t press okay to move to select an option on screen
-- Anonymous Elias, 2024-02-04

### *---- "Bad"
👎
-- Ramonapickles13, 2024-02-03

### *---- "Rip off & not worth money"
Paid to download thinking that was only cost. Had to pay another $20 per year subscription before it would let me use it. I stupidly assumed for that much it must be great universal remote for everything. I couldn’t be more wrong. It only controls basic APPS on devices connected to same network as your phone. Glorified Roku/Firestick remote BUT doesn’t turn TVs on or off, or control volume. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
-- Diveguy8320, 2023-12-22

### ***** "Nice experience"
I appreciate that the app doesn’t bombard me with ads or require unnecessary permissions. Security and privacy are important to me, and “TV Remote” respects that while still delivering an exceptional experience.
-- Ella❤️🙈, 2023-12-18

### *---- "Terrible"
Waste of time. Free app but Apple charged me a dollar to download it,and then I couldn’t even use the app without paying a 20$ subscription or a free trial that also took a dollar out of my account 🤚🏻🤚🏻🤚🏻
-- samanthamb02, 2023-09-19

### *---- "Charged for a trial?"
Just like the Ruko app it offered a free trial, they charged me $18 for a 3 day free trial! WTH?
