Need some help with the app please
Is someone able to help me please, this is been my favourite app, absolutely 5 Stars until a subscription update changed my app entirely, in 2019 I purchased 3x add ons including the app ability to turn the volume up and down shut down my computer and third option I purchased to unlock the features ad free. Now I can no longer use volume up and down during movies, but I can power down and I’m getting ads, this has become a headache as the Q&A says to buy it and it will be restored but it’s not letting me do those things. Please please help so I can return to watching my movies again :-)

Use to work fine...then I went and bought it...PAID FOR IT...and now it NEVER connects with my pc.
Great for the price
Works well as part of our home theatre system. We have Plex running on an old Macbook hooked up to a projector. The Plex app obviously only controls Plex so if you want to go to YouTube or Vimeo without getting up, Remote Mouse is brilliant. It was easy to set up on the old Mac and so far, has worked well. The ads are annoying but for a couple of dollars you can upgrade to pro.

If you are making a purchase make sure you do not just pay for the web feature. Doesn’t unlock features of premium you’ll have to repurchase
Handy as a touchpad
Works wonders as my laptop and notebook have non working touchpads and afew keyboard keys missing. This is a great way to get around such difficulties.
