## Remote Pi Description
Use your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch as a wireless keyboard and trackpad for your Raspberry Pi!

This universal application lets you send keystrokes and mouse events to you Raspberry Pi computers over TCP/IP via a wired or wireless network.

Remote Pi is ideal for making the best out of a Raspberry Pi in the living room, or office too. Use for:
- Browsing
- Emailing
- Text editing
- Drawing
- Controlling media players
- Do everything in your Raspberry Pi computer that you would normally do with a traditional keyboard and mouse/trackpad, even programming!

Benefits:
- Simplicity.
- Keep the two USB ports in your Raspberry Pi Model B free when using wired network.
- Keep one USB port free when using a WiFi USB dongle.
- Very inexpensive compared to wireless hardware keyboards and trackpad alternatives. Besides, it's good for the environment: reuse a wireless mobile device you already own instead of buying yet another hardware input gadget.
- If you develop applications and gadgets for your Raspberry Pi, you could use Remote Pi as a remote controller if you program your application to respond to regular keyboard and mouse events.

Works well. Using to control RetroPie from phone. Would appreciate ability to increase size of the activation icon for the special characters (it's difficult to press the small icon in upper left corner) and also ability to rescale those special characters when activated (primarily the arrow keys). Configured the iOS app and it connects right away after restarting the iOS app. Had to watch the video on his webpage to understand how the mouse events are supported 

Would like to see some gestures support so that mouse scroll events could be transferred up to allow easier web page browsing

Oh, it’s super old? Well at any rate I’m glad I found it, better late than never. It even works with RetroPie so I can fully access my Pi from emulation station or the desktop without anything other than my phone. Well worth $2.

Just bought and installed this last night. It does not detect my pi. And yes they are in the same network. The description in the website is poorly documented on how to install/detect/troubleshoot from the pi. It only shows how to use. Well we need to connect before we can use. And please add a contact support on your web so we wouldn’t need to write a bad review to ask for help
