## Remote Plus Reviews in United States

### *---- "Soo this stopped working"
The app no longer works. It’s keeps telling me, “data not loaded. Try again later.”
-- Jess3910, 2025-09-19

### **--- "Pairing directions are wrong"
I had to read a review to figure out the correct way to pair, the manual is wrong. When u press the volume button to pair, u have to use the minus for the app and the plus for the rv. Very lazy company that couldn’t put something that simple in the directions. I would return it to punish them but im too lazy…
-- Malosal2, 2022-02-05

### ***** "Works exactly as described"
Had no problem pairing with remote. Continues to work well.
-- ASCareyReview, 2021-11-06

### ***** "Problems connecting?"
Bluetooth directions for the app and tv are slightly different. + and light for tv and - and light for app.
-- Malefic_GP, 2021-08-02

### ***** "Works well"
Initially I couldn’t get it to pair until I found directions from another review. Push and hold the “-“ AND the light buttons until the remote flashes, then pair from the app.
-- JCS1331, 2021-01-12

### ***** "Read the directions to pair"
This app is great. Too bad people don’t read how to pair. Press and hold down the minus button (-) and the light button till it starts blinking. Then it’ll pair! Great app!! So happy!
-- norwell44, 2020-12-26

### ***** "Wow."
Paired up my new remote plus with my Fire TV remote and tested the reason for its existence. Watched a show that my husband doesn't care for using the headphone jack. Amazing quality and sound! I also tested the "find remote" feature. Because of the other bad reviews, I was not expecting it to work, but it did work! I am constantly misplacing the remote so this feature is super awesome. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
-- txhrc4, 2020-12-26

### *---- "App Doesn’t Work"
As stated, app doesn’t work. Bought it specifically for the app function to find the remote. Waste of time and money.
-- Volksweegle, 2020-12-02

### *---- "Complete disappointment"
Wont connect to use remote finder which was the only reason I purchased this, complete waste of money
-- The Batman😎, 2020-11-11

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Doesn’t work
