App is good while it’s working but there is no support

Had a problem but the only faq resource is years old and no other way to raise the issue.

Doesn’t keep session alive

Very annoying that it doesn’t keep VNC session alive if you go go another app for a few seconds. Seems like an obvious bug.

Best vnc to access macOS

This is by far the best iOS app to access macOS via vnc.

SERIOUS flaw - No background

This app has a crucial flaw. No background app refresh! As soon as it goes into the background the connection is lost. Say you want to read a guide in your browser? Connection lost! Totally useless. Such a shame. Otherwise it's brilliant. I used to think this: This app works perfectly. Very well thought out design. I use it to connect to Linux and Mac over VNC and SSH. The interface never gets in the way. The virtual trackpad is perfect, as touch control doesnt work so well on traditional interfaces. This will likely be the only remote app I ever need.

Username and password not accepted

Can't get through username and password. Always getting the not accepted message.

great app

I use this all the time for my vnc and ssh needs, works a treat. customisable , makes my iPad a decent Sys admin tool

Useful app when on the move

This app allows remote logins when away from my main computer. I use it it check my Mac Mini server to monitor and fix problems.

you guys charge so much for it make sure it works, remoter fusion has hijacked my computer now can’t manually control screen sharing

Great little app

Simply the best VNC/RDP app around, with great controls, excellent interface and outstanding features. Must have for remote controllers.

You don't know what you're missing out on

As title says, this little baby does it all and very well, vnc, rdp, etc. has a great ghosted keyboard, touchpad mouse or point &click control. Has UltraVNC awareness, which is my fav vnc host on Windoze. Worth paying for the full feature upgrade. Use it all the time to keep an eye on my home and work computers.
