I set up with Remserv a home loan pretax. The money was deducted from my pay so I opened the app and entered all details of self and loan account. I had provided home loan proof of self bank and amount but the last step required is REFERENCE. I called and was told to use the account this did not work so BSB and account entered but no matter what variants I tried it refused, so I sent in a form but now will face a penalty for late payment. Not happy
