Kept trying to buy tickets on a train that showed it was available and only after they taken all credit card details etc. the app says no available seats. The schedule continues to show the train with open seats.

Cannot create an account as the App does not recognize a valid mobile phone format from Canada, therefore cannot create an account. Pretty disappointing for a country infrastructure company. I would give zero stars as 1 star is already too generous, but that option is not available either.

When I turned 60 I got the Tarjeta Dorado. The app allows you to pick Tarjeta Dorado in fare options but doesn’t let you enter your number and does not apply the discount so you have to buy online instead.

I can't create credentials for this app because it needs a phone number. I won't have a number until I arrive in Spain. Further I can't enter any number because it requires a certain format, but the app won't prompt me on what format it wants. Accordingly the app is unusable.

La app no permite elegir asiento

Cada vez esto va peor, ahora la app no permite seleccionar billetes, lleva así más de tres semanas y no lo solucionan. Un desastre.

Siempre iba genial y ahora te golpe te redirige a una cola de espera de unos 15 minutos y cuando por fin es tu turno se va la app.

No te deja seleccionar plaza

Imposible comprar un billete con IOS 18. Entre los retrasos constantes, y la dificultad para comprar los billetes, mejor ir en bus o avión. Increíble el pésimo servicio de trenes público
