Il y a une semaine j’ai acheté des billets avec l’application qui fonctionnait très bien. Aujourd’hui impossible d’ouvrir l’application. Pourquoi ? Comment ? Impossible de savoir. C’est le même téléphone, pas de mise à jour récente. Heureusement que j’ai fait une copie d’écran lors de la commande sinon impossible de retrouver les billets !

Canceled a ticket.
Went to ticket office at the desk if it was really canceled. They said no and that I can’t cancel it because it’s a basico ticket.
3 minutes before boarding : The ticket was actually canceled and I couldn’t board.

Data should get instantly refreshed on the whole system, including the ticket office system otherwise it’s not really efficient.

Impossible d’ouvrir un compte car les règles de composition du mot de passe sont soigneusement cachées et l’app n’accepte évidemment pas les mots de passe générés par Apple. Pour trouver sans s’inscrire un Marseille Madrid pour dans un mois c’est ou complet ou le train n’est pas encore programmé. Comment peut-on être aussi nul ?

Seems ok for basic train bookings, but the optional extra’s section seems to allow for pets (mascotas) but not for bike reservations- even though bicicletas are mentioned. Is this feature missing or just hard to find ? Thanks

Parfois on se demande si les applis sont testées…
En langue française il n’est pas possible de s’inscrire pour acheter un billet. La politique de mot de passe (majuscule, minuscule, etc.) est indiquée mais tronquée donc il est impossible de savoir quel type de mot de passe il faut indiquer, les mots de passe que j’ai saisis sont refusés. Au final impossible d’acheter un billet car impossible s’inscrire…
