シミュレーション機能の利用範囲の一部変更、によってだと思いますが、シミュレーションが見当たりません。
どのような条件でシミュレーション機能を利用することができるんでしょうか。
このアプリで頻繁に使用していた機能の１つなので、使えなくなるのは痛手です。

デジタルで書類管理でき、シミュレーションも簡単にできるのはありがたい。
他の不動産販売会社にはないので、良いと思います。更なるデジタル化と、シミュレーションにセールスがwebで提示した資料もつけてもらえるとなおよし。
（アプリのシミュレーションは年ごとにサマリされてるので）

凄くいいですね！...運営会社にとっては。
オーナー側にとってはハイリスクノーリターン。
不動産の知識を身に付けずに何かしたいという方はNISAや401Kや保険に入っておいた方がいいですよ。

アプリの使い勝手自体は良さそうですが、他社で買った物件の管理はできないので残念ながら削除します。

シュミレーターはよく出来てます。
区分ワンルームは結局のところ、一部屋あたり年間五万円も儲からない。
かと言ってローンもサラリーマンの年収の7倍くらいで打ち止めなので、せいぜい10部屋がいいところ。
それだけ買って、ストレス抱えて年間50万円じゃ割りに合わないですよね。
結局、今は物件価格上がりすぎて全く買い時ではないってことです。もう3割くらい安くないと。

ついでにいえば、固定資産税がシュミレーターに含まれておらず、年間で賃料一月分見込んだ方がいいので、ほぼ利益が消し飛びますね。

ただ銀行に利息分儲けさせて、不動産業者に物件価格の1割の手数料儲けさせてるだけで、自分にとってはタンス預金です。
買う人がいるのが全く意味不明。
