Na veel vijven en zessen verbonden gekregen maar uiteindelijk kan je er niet veel mee. Serverproblemen voortdurend. Maar waarom moeten gegevens uit/aan mijn eigen apparaat uit de cloud komen?!

### *---- "Niet geoptimaliseerd voor laatste iphones"
De knoppen onderaan het scherm zijn niet aan te tikken op een iPhone 14. Dit is een issue dat na een jaar nog altijd niet ge fixed is. Daarnaast zitten er nog veel fouten in zoals fan op 1000% draaid in plaats van 200%.

Crasht loopt soms vast en is enorm traag en sinds vandaag krijg ik constant de melding toestel is niet verbonden maar als je naar instellingen gaat staat er bij netwerk wel verbonden op…. Dit soort situatie’s voor renson zijn onacceptabel…

L’application ne fonctionne même pas. Après inscription, elle ne s’ouvre pas!!! Un objet « connecté » qui ne ne l’est pas du tout en fait.
Une étoile car on ne sait pas mettre moins mais c’est un gros ZÉRO pointé!

Een goed systeem dat zijn ding doet en via de app bestuurbaar is maar zou de Healthbox niet bepaald slim noemen. Helaas geen HomeKit integratie en nog wat kleine issues met de app zelf (traag, gekke lay-out met buttons bijna buiten het scherm, etc). Hopend op een goeie update!

Zo veel geld voor installatie en krijgen wij zo slechte app ! Continu problemen met automatisch inloggen. Manueel mode niet actief. Ik moet dan 3 keer terug naar hoofdscherm gaan dan weer proberen !!!!! Luchtkwaliteit metingen klopt niet altijd. Never again.

- l’application perd souvent le mot de passe. Obligé de forcer la fermeture et de l’ouvrir à nouveau
- l’application montre la pièce « living room » alors que cette pièce n’existe pas chez moi. Template par défaut qui s’affiche. 

À part ça ça fonctionne sans soucis.

Ik krijg om een of andere reden geen verbinding.. Heb al geprobeerd met kabel en wifi dongle, werkt beide niet. Filmpje op Youtube gezocht, zelfde gedaan als hun, maar helaas.

Great at first glance, offering a good overview of air quality and the different rooms. However, no possibility to adjust ventilation power manually (only up to maximum 30% power..) as well as no possibility to adjust time period for the “Breeze” function. It lacks a manual “boost” function e.g. when you jump into the shower. I thought these would be basic functions. EDIT: you can apply a temporary boost function, but you cannot choose location (i.e. it is for all locations).

L'interface n'est vraiment pas compréhensible... Des mesures VOC de l'air atteignent parfois le seuil critique (niveau rouge !) mais la ventilation ne se met pas en route. L'application indique même que l'air est bon dans la pièce. D'après le SAV de Renson, la VMC ne se mettrait qu'en marche qu'à de fortes fluctuations de VOC. La VMC fonctionnerait donc correctement. Malheureusement, ce n'est pas comme cela que c'est illustré dans d'application. En bref, on a un niveau critique mais tout est normal et l'air est bon, informations contradictoires ! Une autre fois, toutes les mesures de l'air sont bonnes (niveau bleu), mais l'application indique que la qualité de l'air est moyenne dans la pièce (niveau orange). Comment doit-on comprendre celà ? Les informations sont à nouveau contradictoires dans l'application. L'interface doit être revue et refléter la logique de la VMC. Si la fonction breeze nécessite un détecteur de température pour fonctionner. Pourquoi ne pas renseigner cette mesure de température dans l'application ? Aussi j'aurais aimé plus de paramètres de réglage (ex. programmer les heures et les pièces pour la fonction breeze, pouvoir avoir en parallèle les commandes par tranche horaire et les commandes automatiques, integration homeKit/shortcut, ...)

### ***-- "Dit kan beter."
Vol verwachtingen installeerde ik m’n Healthbox tijdens de renovatiewerken van m’n woning. Het toestel werkt zelfstandig en dat is mooi, maar als de optie van een app aangeboden wordt dan verwacht ik ook dat deze naar behoren werkt. De app geeft geen directe toegang tot de huidige gegevens die gemeten worden. Vaak zie ik bij laatst gemeten gegevens dat dit enkele minuten geleden is. Ook duurt het even alvorens de app verbinding met het toestel lijkt te maken. Via Home Assistant heb ik wat instellingen kunnen wijzigen en werkt de box beter, maar dit zou niet mogen zijn. De instellingen die ik in HA heb gedaan, zouden ook in de app mogelijk moeten zijn zoals het sneller reageren op de luchtvochtigheid. Voor zo’n duur toestel (en niet te vergeten de aankoop van de extra Easyflex onderdelen) verwacht ik veel meer. Kom op Renson, anno 2023 moet dit beter kunnen. Hopelijk zien we snel wat verbeteringen.

Vaak haperen, geen connectie, glitcht van de ene ruimte naar de ander. 
Even snel de ventilatie boosten of uitzetten is uit den boze met deze app.

### **--- "Nog steeds lastig bedienbaar en soms onbetrouwbaar"
Login na stand-by van app/telefoon 
Vaak niet meteen bedienbaar
Iets teveel handelingen om “snel even de ventilatie harder te zetten”.
Een siri-shortcut of homekit integratie zou écht meerwaarde zijn.

ZELFS al zou het een in-app purchase van een euro’tje zijn! (Wel zien dat het werkt he!)
