## Rent Collector Description
Hello, I’m the Rent Collector.
I’m here to help you pay your rent and keep your finances in order, whenever you need my help.

The Rent Collector app allows you to take complete control of your rent payments.

•	Supported by Mastercard
•	Safe, secure & totally confidential
•	Instantly see current Rent due and other charges
•	Link up your bank account to see current balance

Make an Instant Payment or set up Regular Payments to pay your rent. You can manage your Regular Payments by day, date, when you receive a payment or use the more advanced features so I can tell you when it’s the right time to pay your rent. The choice is yours!

Payments are quick, easy, and secure. I will help you set up payments, but you’ll authorise each one. To help you keep control of your finances, I will show your bank balance before and after any payment, and warn you if a payment may take you into your overdraft, before your payment is made. No more accidental overspends!

Let’s start helping you manage your rent payments your way.

For more information, head to ELHA.com or your My Home account.
