Rent My Equipment

Just downloaded the app and trying to use it, every time I try to search for anything an error message pops up that says there’s an internal error on their end. There’s no way to contact the developers to see what is going on, this has been happening for multiple days ever since I downloaded it. Is anyone on the dev team out there? Hellooo

The app and website have zero usability. There is no way to cancel a rental once made and rental reports are non functional on app or website. There is no way to up charge for additional charges like extra time or for fuel fees. There is no contact info for tech support. The app help chat feature doesn’t work. Most features throw an error when using on app or website. Useless waste of time. Avoid at all costs.

Great app that offers extra source of income. Customer support has been super supportive so far.

I can understand needing some personal info to verify a person, but I’m not giving my SS to a random app. Incorporate PayPal, or cash app, or some other verifiable, creditable source that I can trust with my info, not a third party. Otherwise looks like a very cool app and good idea though I have concerns about theft and accountability.

Was able to rent a tiller for an affordable price. Had a since-resolved glitch in the reservation process and the owner responded quickly through the messages feature. Support local and use this app!

Downloaded the rentmyequipment app. Owner was very friendly. Transaction was smooth and easy. Returned the next day. Quick and easy. Absolutely recommend

This was a great and easy experience. I had an $800 landscape project that I had to haul some debris and was able to rent the trailer for under $100.00. I will use this app again for my next project without a doubt.

This was super easy, and there’s lots of categories! You can rent all kinds of things, that are too much to buy! Easy, fast, and efficient!

Great idea, after 4 minutes I will probably never use again since it takes 40 tries to press the back button when looking at an item for rent.

I tried 10 times to list my equipment. Kept getting a 500 error message. I understand it is new and has to work through some things but there is no where on the app or their website to get help or to find out what the issue is. If you are going to do an app, you should understand that your costumers need to be able to figure out error messages or get in touch when you crappy app won’t work.
