Start every changeover with proof. Rental Inspection Report is the fastest way to document your rental’s condition between guests — room by room, photo by photo, with time-stamped evidence that stands up when it matters most. Issues are flagged by category, severity, and attribution — so when you raise a claim, you have organised, professional evidence ready to share. HOW IT WORKS 1. Add your property and tailor your room list 2. Start a session (standard changeover, pre-guest, post-guest, or spot check) 3. Walk room by room — take photos, flag issues, add notes 4.
