Laten toe een testaccount te maken en sluiten dat dan doodleuk af omdat de applicatie in België getest is. Website geeft aan dat ze niet commercialiseren in België voor Immoweb, maar wel gebruik toelaten voor beheerders van eigen vastgoed. Onbegrijpelijk deze houding in een markt met veel minstens even goede alternatieven. Zie SmartCheckups, Homes, PB plus,…

Sedert deze week ondervind ik opnieuw problemen met de app. Na een tijdje, een kwartier ongeveer, kan ik tijdens de opname geen foto’s meer nemen en crasht de app vervolgens. Opnieuw opstarten verhelpt het maar dan kom ik na enkele minuten opnieuw hetzelfde tegen. Heel vervelend en vertraagt enorm de opname.

De nieuwe versie van Chapps werkt nog een pak vlotter dan de vorige. Waar de app vroeger soms wel eens durfde vastlopen, is dit probleem nu volledig verholpen. Verder zijn er ook een pak kleine wijzigingen doorgevoerd die op zich het werken nog aangenamer maakt dan het al was. Ik zou mijn Chapps niet meer kunnen missen voor mijn plaatsbeschrijvingen. Het werkt handig, en bovendien heb ik een veel professioneler resultaat (goed gedetailleerd, een heldere structuur, foto's mooi geïntegreerd, en een geheel dat ik zonder problemen aan de meest veeleisende huurder (of desgevallend de meest veeleisende vrederechter) durf voorleggen.
