## Rental Time Tracker Description
This app helps short-term rental owners easily track their time for tax purposes and stay compliant with STR rules.

Log hours for the primary filer, spouse, and contractors, and the app automatically organizes and totals contributions — showing progress toward the 100-hour requirement and confirming material participation.

You can now download yearly activity logs or export data as CSV files for your records or accountant. Plus, the app can automatically create logs from your calendar events, saving you time and ensuring nothing is missed.

With clear progress tracking, compliance-focused reporting, and automation tools, it simplifies qualifying for the STR loophole and keeps your documentation ready for tax season. This app requires subscription but all the features are available during the one month free trial.
