Here’s a breakdown of the issues: 1. Vehicle Condition: The car was in unacceptable condition when handed over to me. It was unwashed, with dents and scratches all over. Additionally, the front tire had a leak, requiring me to fill it every two days, and the battery was weak, causing the car to stall multiple times in traffic. I had to jump-start the battery myself on several occasions. 2. Extra Charges: Despite these issues, I was charged for an entire day’s rent for being just 30 minutes late. There was also a minor scratch during my rental, and I was charged ₹2000 for this, despite the vehicle already being covered in scratches. 3. Refund Delays: According to their policy, refunds should be processed within 24 hours. However, I had to wait 10 days to receive just ₹700 out of my ₹5000 deposit. This delay and lack of transparency are unacceptable. 4. Customer Service: Rentrrip’s customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive throughout. I found them lethargic in handling concerns, leaving me feeling unsupported and frustrated. Recommendation: I strongly advise against booking with Rentrrip. The poor condition of their vehicles, excessive charges, and poor customer service make for an unreliable experience. I hope they work on improving their service and policies to provide a better experience for future customers. -- the_blue_green, 2024-11-06 ### *---- "Rentrip it’s not trust site.." I booked the bike through rent trip and payment deducted through convenience fees too…. when I requested through cancel trip there is no response customer care and no response on mails and escalations after 2 days now they says amount it’s not refundable .. and this message should be reach to top level of rent-trip to resolve… -- Manikanta.G, 2024-10-13 ### *---- "Very bad condition scooty" Tyre was flat and tube got burst after 5 mins of ride.replace tube but they didn’t pay the amount. Don’t go for rentrip. -- Ankurmiddha, 2024-10-03 ### *---- "Fraud" I recently had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this app. RentBikeApp cheated me by holding onto my security deposit, dishonestly claiming I damaged the scooter. The app is glitchy, the scooter was in poor condition, and their customer service is unresponsive. Don't prefer this app! -- Rabin77, 2024-07-21 ### *---- "Worst experience" Vehicles they offering are so low quality -- M Sani, 2024-05-28 ### ***-- "Add option Customer can change review by himself" The customer should be given the option to change the customer review which the customer can change by himself -- Mickyrao, 2024-05-05 ### *---- "Worst experience" They are tied up with pathetic and cheap car dealers. I booked Kia Carens Automatic for 3 days and the dealer gave me Mahindra Bolero Manual. And they provided the vehicle just before the start of our trip, so that we are left with no option other than accepting the vehicle Ok, I understand that carens was not available, Bolero was given, there is a huge difference between the price for both, they did not refund the difference amount. Don’t use this App, they are Fraud. -- husain.sheezan, 2024-04-30 ### ****- "Very good customer service" Had a great experience with a refund issue, and was promptly solved by one of their associates(Pooja Singh) -- at_max, 2024-03-10 ### *---- "Very bad and fraud services by agent" Mr. Javed qadri was my agent for rental bike. First he did fake promises to return my deposit money then he charged penalty and abused me in a very bad manner.. Please don't book any bike if you love your money and respect.. All are fraud in this company -- Kamran arhaan, 2024-02-16 ### ***** "Nice" Agent named Pooja helped me with my queries -- Mihir bhoi, 2024-02-15 [View all Rentrip Rentals reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Rentrip Rentals Discovered Keywords - rentrip rentals --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
