## Rentroom Reviews in United States

### *---- "Useless Fee"
A $6 “convenience fee”?? I’d rather drop a check off it’s just a pointless money grab.
-- Jayjay000000, 2025-02-04

### ***** "Time Saver!"
This app has given me so much time back. Say good bye to all the spreadsheets tracking payments/charges/maintenance. Tenants love it too!
-- Rentalpro, 2024-01-22

### ***** "Easy to use"
As a tenant it’s super easy to use. Simple to send maintenance request and make rent payments. It connects right to my bank so I don’t have to enter a debit card in each time
-- Lehigh tenant, 2024-01-12

### ***** "Rentroom for Property Management"
I work with this program on a day to day basis and find that it has a lot of custom features that other PM softwares don’t provide flexibility with. The staff is always responsive and helps with any trouble/confusion residents or staff have.
