This nice, simple one seems the easiest for just timing an exercise or stretch plus counting your reps. It would be good if I could program the rest periods in the timing as well, and it would be nice if the whole thing were automatic. As it is now, I have to push play when I go into my next set. It says “Go” which is confusing because I just stopped for a rest at that point, but these are minor details. I’m still quite impressed with the features it does have.
