It stopped working after 5-6 days
**Update: the web browser function is suddenly working again. ** Original review; I used the web browser function of this app to play TV shows from my phone so that I could watch them on a bigger screen. It initially worked really well, but after about 5 to 6 days, it stopped working. I kept trying, but it just wouldn’t play any video on my TV anymore. I tried switching off my TV and my phone and switching them on again. I tried closing the app and opening it again. I tried uninstalling the app and then installing it again. I tried resetting my Google chromecast. None of these methods worked. I tried connecting the app to the TV instead of the Google chromecast. With this method, I was able to play videos on the TV screen, but it was extremely slow and kept lagging. I was so excited that I found a way to watch shows on a bigger screen, but now I’m so disappointed. I also already purchased membership, which I wish I hadn’t. I initially rated this app one star. I’m now giving two stars instead because I discovered that I can actually use the screen mirroring function instead of the web browser function to play videos on my TV. However, in this way, the downside is that I am unable to use the remote of the Google chromecast to control the video, for example to pause a video or to fast forward a video, which is pretty inconvenient, also the sound sometimes disappears when I’m playing a video using the screen mirroring function, but now I have no choice but to use this method to play videos on the TV.
