Can only figure out how to click on animal descriptions using my iPhone. Doesn’t interact with globe. Wording is confusing, like “Does this return to the main screen?” instead of just “Return to Home Screen.” Will delete now after 5 minutes of use.
You don’t need the globe to use this app. You download categories, then click on them to learn. Pointing the device’s camera at the globe in the ap does nothing. It looks like it’s scanning but it’s not, really just a blue line running back and forth. There’s annoying music that has no setting to turn off, turn your device’s volume down just means you can’t hear the descriptions. My granddaughter is too young to read at this level so music has to be on. It’s really just a limited encyclopedia. It’s free. For up to 4 devices. Not sure what happens after that. Also, there are no instructions with the globe, or the app. As for the Replogle 10” globe for kids - I think it will be perfect for my 5.5 granddaughter.
