Daily Log Reporting app is designed for anyone working in the field and on sites. Easily log in hours each employee has spent to complete a task. Calculate total hours and email a report to the office repository. 
This app is really easy to use and allows collecting information without Internet access. 
The forms will be sent over after the device get connected back again. 
To work even faster managers/supervisors can create a database of employees and works to immediately select them from the list and pre-fill the report form.

• Ad Removal is $0.99 US dollars one-time fee
• Monthly Unlimited Form Submission Subscription to get  is $4.99 US dollars per month
• Annual Unlimited Form Submission Subscription to get  is $49.99 US dollars per year
• Payment will be charged to Account at confirmation of purchase
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited after purchasing a subscription

### ****- "Good, could be better"
I like this app. Was looking for something to keep track of jobs performed at our facilities. Didn’t realize though the PDF’s don’t save to all devices. So I have some job reports on my iPhone, some on my iPad.  If there was some kind of cloud service that will allow all saved PDF’s to be in all devices that would be great. Otherwise it works for what I need. Couple quirks, like when I detail work force labor what they did, it don’t sometimes fit in the ‘square’ on the PDF.. so I abbreviate or keep it limited. Or the text fits and then I lose the uploaded photos
