## ReposiTrak Description
Instantly confirm receipt of products and capture the Key Data Elements (KDEs) required under the FDA’s FSMA 204 food traceability rule to create complete KDE records. Reconcile invoices and eliminate invoice discrepancies based on what was actually received. Features include: store location finder/confirmation, pre-loaded shipments including batch/lot numbers and image capture.



Data Capture at Store Receiving.


By capturing inbound deliveries to the warehouse or distribution center (DC) from suppliers, or deliveries to the store from a warehouse/DC, this app can create the FDA-required Receiving Record (KDE record) at store receiving. The scan at receiving also creates a photographic record of the shipment or box that was delivered. 



Reduce Errors.


Reduces the errors that occur in a stressful, fast-paced receiving environment from hand-keying or paper processes. Automatically shows any mis-matches of products or quantities at receiving for immediate correction, rather than pushing the problem to another department to resolve.



Companion App Details.


This mobile app is a companion to the ReposiTrak Traceability Network®, Scan-based Trading, Paperless DSD Receiving and other ReposiTrak solutions that involve the capture of data at receiving. To use this app to collect data, your company must first have a ReposiTrak account.
