Reps &amp; Sets is a strength training app designed exclusively for Apple devices. Plan and track every rep, weight, and rest, including supersets, drop sets, cable attachments, bench inclines and more.

Originally launched in 2012, Reps &amp; Sets was one of the first strength training apps on iPhone. Completely rebuilt from the ground up with a modern Liquid Glass design, it continues to embrace the latest Apple technologies, including Siri AI in iOS 27, 3D augmented reality illustrations, full iCloud sync, a best-in-class Apple Watch experience, seamless Health app integration and a new app for Apple Vision Pro.
