Mainly when there is a holiday, as even if the holiday isn't on my pickup day, they sometimes move the day. This is the 3rd time I've checked the schedule before putting everything out only to come home from work later in the evening to find no garbage or recycling has been picked up for the area. Not only does the schedule just seem to be the expected static schedule, but I noticed I no longer get service alerts. I get my reminder I set in the app but I have the service alerts on and am just realizing I used to receive push alerts if they would be late or another day and I haven't seen an alert in a while either. The other items the App adds I could just as well get to from the website. The reason I installed an app is so I can verify the scheduling. -- iseverynictaken, 2024-12-27 ### ****- "Schedule error for holidays" This app can alert you when the pickup will be as a reminder. Unfortunately it fails when there is a holiday schedule. Example: my pickup is Friday. App shows schedule as Friday. Alert comes on Thursday the day before. That’s ok except when there is a holiday I.e. Christmas is on Wednesday so my pickup is a day later on Saturday. Ironically the website shows the holiday schedule as the correct holiday Sat. pickup date. The app needs to reflect the same. -- jlnoell, 2024-12-26 ### **--- "Continually signs me out" If I could stay signed in, I might have a higher opinion of it. -- Bale of, 2024-12-24 ### *---- "Dumb security isn’t security" I use the app for one thing - to know what carts to put out on any given pickup day. In the name of “security” the app fails to maintain my login credentials from week to week, and then requires a cumbersome login process in a web browser. My banks simultaneously have high security AND an easy user experience. This app is just dumb. -- Vinniefm, 2024-12-16 ### **--- "Needs Improvement" Basically useless as a majority of the features just kick you to the website. Has even less functionality than the preview photos would suggest. Repeatedly get an error that we can’t use AutoPay or online pay and have to pay by phone as a result. App nor website gives any indication of how to fix this and for some reason this also means we can’t see our accounts invoice history?? On the same subject, please put the payment dates in the schedule so we can see upcoming payments -- Lynxcat100, 2024-12-08 ### **--- "Only kind of useful" Good for viewing your pick-up schedule or bill. I have never been able to make a payment through this app, or website for that matter. -- Smjcksn, 2024-11-19 ### *---- "Barely an app" This app is as good as the company it represents, barely deem-able to give one star. If you’re looking for a good company and a reliable app then KEEP looking. This company is ran by kindergartners at best. -- Signal killer, 2024-11-19 ### *---- "Can’t log in to the app after update" Was a good functional app. Now it’s garbage as I can no longer use it. -- dapperapper, 2024-10-18 ### *---- "Update iOSMyResource Republic Services" With the latest update in order to login you need to have a third party access to share your information. No deal. Don’t download. -- Don’t share, 2024-10-18 ### *---- "Missing Payment" If I could rate a 0, I would. First they took my payment then said they didn't have it in their system and after speaking with my bank, the teller said the payment went to their system so they didn't know why they couldn't "find" my payment at Republic Services, I sent receipts and everything to a girl who worked at Republic and 20 days later another worker from there said I never sent or paid anything. HORRIBLE SERVICE. -- Paymentssss, 2024-10-16 [View all Republic Services reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Republic Services Discovered Keywords - myresourcebank - rsi wizard - waste management - play rsi - republic services - waste management app - pcs connect - waste manager ## Apps Similar to Republic Services - [NV Energy](https://apptail.io/app/nv-energy-HKg/united-states) - [My Xcel Energy](https://apptail.io/app/my-xcel-energy-tPO/united-states) - [PSE](https://apptail.io/app/pse-FkP/united-states) - [My WM](https://apptail.io/app/my-wm-CKR/united-states) - [SmartHub](https://apptail.io/app/smarthub-FKR/united-states) - [LG&E KU ODP](https://apptail.io/app/lge-ku-odp-ckX/united-states) - [Cox App by Spectrum](https://apptail.io/app/cox-app-by-spectrum-hwX/united-states) - [LVVWD](https://apptail.io/app/lvvwd-NyX/united-states) - [Pacific Power](https://apptail.io/app/pacific-power-OyX/united-states) - [Consumers Energy](https://apptail.io/app/consumers-energy-PyX/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
