Whilst I absolutely love this game and play it all the time I’m really disappointed to see that 2 of the 3 booster options has vanished and is now locked so you can’t use them. Is this a glitch or something that has been changed in the new update??? Can you please let me know if you will be adding these back again as it’s really annoying and frustrating. I look forward to your kind reply.

Keeps getting stuck on the opening screen so can’t play at all - or even reach the help page
Don’t waste your time. Levels are ok but the whole set up is a scam - you need to either pay or watch adverts to earn coins or boosters. Some levels are impossible to pass without them however you will watch an advert (double the length of ads on other apps) and AFTER you watch it a notification comes up saying “Error. Advertising not available try again later” so they get paid for getting ad views you get nothing but a dose of boredom. App support is non-existent. Waste of time.
i am on level 119 and still the fireman rescues. When does the hospital chapters start. It is getting boring doing the same thing over and over

It’s a nice little game but when I first began playing your reward for watching ads was 250 coins. It’s now gone down from 70 to 25. I’m assuming it’s to push you into spending money. I’m done with it now, wha5 a shame
I was really enjoying this game, till all of a sudden it starts to say no internet .. when I clearly have internet and everything on ny phone works other than this game that constant says no internet when i try to play? It lets me log into the main menu of the game but when i go to play a level it say no internet! So annoying! Specially considering I paid for no ads…
I love this game and just bought the 2.99 bundle and something went wrong took my money but didn’t give me the stuff for it so would like a refund please or the stuff credited to my account as love playing this and bought something as was struggling with a level and now can’t do this level now so please fix this for me please
