I’ve been doing these workouts and using these recipes for a year. Caroline is seriously the best. You will feel amazing after every workout and meal.

The recipes are nice, but good luck if you ever need help (like being locked out of your paid account), the customer service (and the creator of the app) will ignore you on every platform.

I started doing these workouts at the beginning of my pregnancy, and you’ll definitely feel a burn. The issue I’ve found (and this could be just with her pregnancy program) is that the workouts are very repetitive. I ended up injuring my inner thigh because so many of her workouts were focused on doing the same thing to your legs and inner thigh. I wish she did different movements more often. I paid for the full year and now it’s hard for me to get through a class because of my injury.

I have done hundreds of variations of Pilates barre and strengthening sculpting workouts in the last 20 years. I have never been so consistent, fulfilled and confident in a program and variety of programs as I am with Caro's app. The recipes, the mindset work, and the workout techniques all go hand in hand and I am forever grateful. Truly won't know what I'll do if this ever goes away! So don't! lol
