The apps name is “Reset,” and for me that is one thing this app doesn’t do. Every month, my bill is paid I come into the app and it literally asks me to pay and join. I’m already paid, I’m already joined, you’re literally drafting my payment monthly! I’ve had to talk to support several times for them to go in and “Reset” the app for me so I can use it. I’ve been patient, I understand start-up’s and glitches, and human error, it’s okay…But we are now going on repeat incident number 4/5, enough. I just paid my invoice August 3rd it is now August 20th, I have had NO ACCESS since the 1st. I waited to see if the glitch would right itself before going through the obstacle of taking pictures of my receipts, sending and email, waiting to hear back etc. by the time that all happens it’s been two days...but no. I tried. Honestly, I’m not even seeing the workouts Jenna does on her IG page (maybe I need to look closer, granted), but I’m not going to continue the back and forth. Sorry.

App is pretty good, but I wish there was an option to erase or clear out any workout programs or scheduled workouts.

I am in extremely dissatisfied with this app. When it works it is great. Since I have had the app it crashes every 2 months and then I have to wait at least 2 weeks for it to be fixed. As I am writing this review … my app is not functional yet again and I have to keep downloading another app (test flight) to temporarily fix the reset app to work. I have no issues with Senada’s app (Crush it) Massy Arias website (Más Vida). While Jenna’s platform is actually my favorite I cannot use it without constant interruption. I have spoken to Abbi and Anaya who are in the tech support and have not received any responses to my emails for the entire week. I have to send emails daily for updates without a prompt response. I received a generic Email telling me I didn’t complete the instructions to download another link but NEVER received the link in any emails. I wish I could attach screenshots. Please do better…

I love this app. but it’s not working and I don’t know where I can contact costumer service.

I want to love this app but after paying for the yearly subscription, half the time I can’t use it! It will either crash when I try to open it or forget that I’ve paid for a subscription so I can’t use the features. Major improvements needed.

I bit the bullet and paid for an annual subscription during a holiday sale in December 2022. When I have been able to access the app, I have no qualms with it. Great workout content and nutrition tracking features. BUT it has glitched more times than I can count!! It completely crashes and force quits most times I open it. Sometimes this can be resolved by updating the app or my phone’s software, restarting the hardware, etc. But now, nothing’s working. No word from customer support yet. Really wanted to support the owner, but for the price paid being so frequently locked out of using the product is unacceptable and inexcusable. Please listen to the reviews mentioning glitches. Smh.

The accessibility of this app is really frustrating, especially for something users pay for. One wrong touch and it completely exits out of the ongoing workout, then you can’t jump back to your spot you have to click through all the work outs again. There are no modifications offered for people of different fitness levels. Full body work outs one week will have 30 reps for 5 sets yet others are 30 seconds?? There’s a lot of room for improvement, I won’t be renewing my subscription.

This app is not it.❓ What kind of trainer doesn't tell you how to have proper form (WORKOUT 101)?! Not a reputable one! 👎🏾 Despite having been live for YEARS, most exercises don't even have descriptions for form which can lead to injury. It led to mine and support did NOT care and wouldn't refund my 2nd annual subscription when requested a month into it. I'd complained like 4 months prior about this and they said they were going to work on it. Do you think they did? Of course not! 👎🏾 Aside from that, the app routinely breaks with updates and will keep crashing. ❌ Customer service isn't very helpful, truthful, concerned about your health, or transparent. ❌ It gets stale very fast. BETTER OPTIONS: 1️⃣ FitBod [$] – an AI personal trainer that tailors workouts to your equipment, etc. 2️⃣ FitOn [FREE] which has hundreds of on-demand workouts of all kinds. Never had problems with either one and recommend both so much more than Reset. 👎🏾 Just Say No. 🚫 If you're reading this, consider yourself lucky enough to be warned and run away. 🍀🏃🏾‍♀️

I purchased the annual subscription and the app stopped working. The second I open it it’s crashes. It has not worked for me in over a week and I made sure it is up to date. PLEASE FIX IT or refund.

This app does not work! It will crash over the moment you download it!!! They will charge you for a service that was never provided due to their faulty app! I’ve had repeated charges placed on my card to the point I had to continuously contact my credit company to flag the charges! Then today I receive a notice that I’ve been billed again! For this service I don’t use nor have ever logged on to because the APP DOES NOT WORK! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND MONEY! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!
