## Reset Description
Reset is your personalized path to lasting weight loss — built around how your body actually works, not generic calorie math.

Most diets fail because they treat everyone the same. Reset starts by identifying your metabolic type, then adapts your plan to it — so the changes you make actually stick.

HOW RESET WORKS

• Discover your metabolic type — A quick, science-backed assessment reveals how your body processes energy, so your plan fits you from day one.

• Optional wellness scan — Use your phone camera for a quick, optional face scan that provides general wellness estimates to help personalize your plan.

• Personalized meal guidance — Get meal recommendations tailored to your type, your goals, and your eating window — no rigid meal plans, no deprivation.

• Talk it through with Ester — Your AI coach is there to answer questions, keep you accountable, and adjust as your life changes. Type or talk — it's like having a coach in your pocket.

• Track what matters — See your progress with a Reset Score that reflects real change, not just the number on the scale.

WHY RESET IS DIFFERENT

Reset isn't another calorie counter. It's a personalized system that learns your patterns and meets you where you are — so weight loss finally feels sustainable.

Start your Reset today and lose weight for good.

## Reset Reviews in United States

### ***** "Reset plan"
This process of eating is a comfortable plan. I like the flexibility. It’s really nice having a consultant a text away!
-- K. marlowe, 2025-02-27

### *---- "Cancel"
Cancel all
-- Msmergele, 2025-01-17

### *---- "SCAM"
THIS IS A SCAM
-- Linnie1272, 2024-09-06

### ***** "Kind and helpful staff and useful tools"
The coaches answered my questions so graciously and were extremely helpful with everything I was wondering and needed. Definitely recommend but takes some will power to stick to
-- Jack201933, 2024-08-15

### ***-- "Review of the app, not the diet program"
I haven’t been at the program long enough to decide if it works, but this is about the app itself. My main complaint: there is a lot of text-dense material here, and that’s fine, but why is it not possible to do a landscape rotation for the iPad? For those of us who use keyboards, it’s awkward to either have to read sideways to use the keyboard, or disconnect the keyboard altogether. It’s possible to rotate using Stage Manager, but then the text is very small without the option to increase its size. I’m not sure why there are iPad versions of this (or any) app that are not actually optimized for the iPad.
-- Emmeso, 2024-07-26

### ***** "Very Workable Program"
UPDATE: after about 10 months I’m down 30 pounds and it’s still pretty painless! I tend to eat much like the reset days on non-reset days, so it’s become fairly habitual. Couldn’t be happier.
* * *
I came to this diet with this attitude: I’m not trying for perfection, I won’t beat myself up if I have a bad day, and I won’t let a bad day become a lost week and a reason for quitting.
* * *
I’ve been doing this for about six weeks and I’ve lost 11 pounds. I toggle from 9 to 11 and back, but I’m not letting that defeat me. The diet is sound and the food choices seem great, but honestly I eat the same thing each reset day, and I don’t mind and I don’t have to think too much about it. It works for me. Happy to keep going and probably make this a life habit.
-- fooleryland, 2024-05-22

### *---- "Beware- Cancelling"
Process to cancel is unbelievably difficult.
-- Jllauren, 2024-05-19

### ***** "Starting"
Praying i can make this work!
-- Chiefop12, 2024-04-06

### ****- "Learning"
Kind of hard to learn
-- sookee111, 2024-03-25
