Doesn't Work.
SAR team I volunteer with is testing response apps. ResGrid was highly recommended to me a few years ago by another team, so I suggested we give it a test. First of all, very strange there is only one (5 star) review from six years ago. And it has no text, just a rating. [Go figure, all of a sudden several other reviews from several years ago show up] Anyway as far as the app goes, we are completely unable to even get up and running with the app due to login issues. There seems to be absolutely NO customer support whatsoever. Despite various contact methods offered, you are unable to reach a human and VM's are not responded to nor are e- mails. We have tried repeatedly. If you are looking here, I suggest you move on. Either they're out of business, or want to be.
