reshapecare™ is an effective, convenient virtual health coaching program that uses video-based coaching with board certified health coaches. It works in partnership with your doctor, to help you set and achieve your health and wellness goals. reshapecare is free when covered by insurance for up to 26 visits per reimbursement year.

reshapecare is an easy-to-follow program, accomplished from the comfort of your home.  This HIPAA-compliant program is delivered through our innovative, easy-to-use content-rich app which enhances behavior change through engagement. Focusing on four established dimensions of successful behavior change—nutrition, exercise, sleep, and stress—and designed to provide flexible structure and support from a live board certified health coach in a manner that is customized, simple, and practical. 
 
According to health behavior change research, engagement and community are the keys to success.  People who use virtual heath coaching stay more engaged and are motivated to lose more weight and enhance their wellness. reshapecare is appropriate for all weight-loss patients, medical weight-loss patients, and pre- and post-surgical bariatric patients.
 
In your pajamas, in your gym clothes after a sweat session, or on your couch without needing to get a babysitter. There is no commuting, no waiting, and no wasted time. Just real-time support when you need it with no judgment, only encouragement. You will get paired with a reshapecare board certified health coach who will be with you every step of the way through your journey.
 
Whether it is daily text messaging or live phone or video calls, no one has to do this alone. The web and mobile app offer over 1200+ resources at your fingertips, making it easy to increase positive actions and awareness by receiving daily educational content, personalized exercise, and progress reports. Experience an atmosphere of community with social support from peers and by joining group sessions on reshapecare TV. When it comes to nutrition, utilize an easy-to-follow, personalized nutrition plan with a comprehensive recipe library and restaurant guide. Tracking your food is as easy as taking a snapshot from your phone and sending it to your coach.
 
You can connect your own devices to automatically track nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress, steps and weight. This real-time health data can be used to optimize your program to get the best possible results.
