## Resonant Breathing Description
Heart Rate Variability Resonant Breathing is the fastest way to get into a deep meditative state by awakening the parasympathetic system. By following the breath pattern and finding the rate which is most comfortable for you, Resonance is established within a few minutes; potentially cutting out years of meditative struggle. This technique is giving you a handle on your own dorsal vagal parasympathetic system. Getting a handle on that system allows you to become successful in meditation automatically.

## Resonant Breathing Reviews in United States

### ***** "Simple & Effective"

-- AppUserOmAhHung, 2024-09-10

### ***** "Forrest knows his stuff"
The most effective key to unlocking effective meditation
-- bslshddi, 2024-04-12

### ***** "Simple, easy"
Love the explanation video at the beginning and then it’s very easy to use, no unnecessary frills and no ads. Using it for Long Covid management and my brain fog really appreciates the design :)
-- Mossie O, 2024-02-07

### ***** "great meditation app"
this app is great! it’s one of the only apps that has helped me with meditation and it’s simple function really eliminates the extra steps commonly found in meditation apps. i have a few small constructive criticism for the developers, if they are open to it. 1. the app’s timer doesn’t fully work when your phone is off, which can be improved (maybe add a setting where you can choose if the timer goes off or not while your phone is off?). 2. it would be nice if the visualization page that activates once you start a session had a timer/stopwatch for how long you’ve been meditating for. 3. the bell fade option should have a setting where you can choose your own time (not just defaulted to 2 minutes. but overall, this app is great! hopefully the developers can take these suggestions into account and make it even better :)

### ***** "Thank You Guruji Forrest"
You’ve given the digital world a chance at bliss, if they only give it a try.

Please all who read this follow Forrest Knutson on YouTube to understand how this works and what it does….amazing stuff.
This is a real review, I am a changed man because of heart rate variability resonant breathing and Kriya Yoga.
Thanks again for a great app. Even better than I expected.

-- Dark Brandon's kid, 2022-09-28

### ***** "Fantastic."
Great app for reaching heart coherence. One of the best out there and it’s free. Thank you to the developer for their efforts.
-- kessragnell, 2022-09-28

### ***** "FINALLY!!"
Finally, a meditation app that works immediately and doesn’t take months to get benefits. This has changed my life and makes it so easy to actually drastically slow down/stop my thoughts and meditate rather than needing to use self control to focus on something.
-- Mycole P, 2022-06-03

### ***** "Amazing app and service"
I have enjoyed Forest’s videos on YouTube (accessible via the app as well through links in the “I” —info— button) and got this very basic app, which is transformational. I am seeing improvements in a very short time. And it’s free. Great service
