ReSound Smart 3D

Jay from Botany branch provided very good service. Helped me adjust my hearing aids many times. Answered various questions and made good suggestions. Now I enjoy being able to chat with my family and friends.

App is (was) great, but is now hit and miss whether it even connects. Even when iPhone shows it had connected the hearing aids through the settings/accessability/hearing aids link, AP still won’t connect. Hope it s fixed soon.

After searching the whole New Zealand market for hearing aids, trying five different brands and technologies, it was a delight to be introduced to this company and the quality of service, there amazing Subscription offer and low-cost entry, amongst being quality hearing aids compared to the competition. It was in my research that I realised that hearing aids generally could never be the level of quality in the Apple AirPod pros if you are seeking this level. Great service and I would strongly recommend it to anyone to give out a try!

From beginning, all the way through the whole process, and beyond, I have found Clara, audiologist at The Lakes, Tauranga, to be a warm, professional, extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly trustworthy person. The concept of paying by subscription suits me perfectly and I thank Resound for introducing it. I highly recommend resound to anyone with hearing problems.

Great to be able to change settings as re quoted Noise control and volume especially

My iPhone 12 updated to iOS 15.4. My hearing aids are paired to and work normally through the Accessibility function. However, they will not connect to the Resound Smart 3D app. Following the pairing instructions in the app does not work since they are already paired to the phone but the app will not connect to them. This is annoying since the filter selections are no longer available.

It looks like resound have spent an awful lot of money on producing a good hearing aid but could not be bothered to pay out for a good app. The app is continually failing and has to be uninstalled to make it work. If I had known this I would have gone elsewhere. No effort put in by the makers of this app. Cheap.

I need to reinstall this app every few days, it stops working out of the blue, it gives a message found hearing aid a stays like that forever. Then I need to reinstall again. Such a pain! I am using iPhone 6. Very disappointed.
