App flawed
It constantly logs me out and when I go to sign back in I get an “error” message. I have to redownload the app to be able to login again.

App is broken, you can never log in correctly!!

Great, easy to use
Frustratingly poor quality of service
I initially loved using this app and found it very intuitive. However, since changing phones I am unable to log back into my account. I have tried both methods of logging in, using the member number and via the name, date etc but to no avail. I keep getting an error message “sorry, a technical error has occurred, please try again” and it’s been over three weeks. Is this actually a technical error or is there a bug in the app? I am able to log in just fine on the website version of Rest, so it’s definitely not my log in details causing this issue. I have tried reaching out to the Rest support team via their live chats three separate times and each time I was unable to be connected to an agent after waiting 2+ hours. I also tried to call their support line and was put on hold for over hour twice.
Old app was fine why change it
Old version had nothing wrong with it why change it now I can’t log on “due to technical issue”
Rubbish App Update
Nothing good about the new app. Can’t login, can’t reset my password & call centre customer service try get you off the phone asap to meet call targets 🤬🤬🤬 Employee Contribution & Salary Sacrifice Contributions ALL come under CONTRIBUTIONS 🤬🤬🤬 So members now have to manually manage & check the Salary Sacrifice Contributions have been paid New App 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Terrible app overall
Ive had rest over a couple years now and for a while now the app hasn’t let me log in for some reason, it works fine on the website but i am unable to see what is happening with my account. Also I’ve tried to contact, by messaging workers which they either never reply. I’ve had enough of this bs and i want this to be fixed so i can access my account, if you are able to fix this maby ill change this review to something better.
Can’t even log in
I keep getting an error when I input details, the log in button if you know your membership information doesn’t load at all. When on the website it has an error when you go to the members page. Please fix so I can access my super information and make the changes I need to.
