Please don’t sign up all the good reviews same the same thing the other person said before them , ya can report them to Google and if you want to make a bigger impact call the BBB better buissness bureau and give them the application information and you can bet to get your money back! Be careful

They closed out my account without my permission. If you don’t use your account for 60 days they’ll automatically kick you out of your account and won’t help you reactivate it. Wow. Customer service was cold and didn’t seem eager to help. If you like being treated poorly then this app is for you! Good luck!

Terrible bank, you will not be able to withdraw your funds from this card, all that you have earned is the bank will freeze and put a limit on the card and you will not be able to withdraw the amount you need

They are scams. Beware, don’t fall for the reviews. They are lies and made up by them. Beware. Scams. I deposited money same day. They deactivated my account and took my $2400. They don’t even have a call center they will say chat them. It’s a scam beware!!!!!

So I just received an email advising they declined me for a bank account ??? Their website says NO credit check !! I’m fully aware of being able to identify your customer, I do Risk Management for a living !!! I’ve lived at the same address for almost TWO YEARS now and gave you a copy of my Drivers License that proves my address !!! I really liked the English courses provided by Re start bank for refugees from Ukraine. During my studies, I have significantly raised my level of knowledge of the English language. It is a pity that the courses are over, I would love to learn more.

I like the bank but the flaws it’s the depositing a check into your account it takes 8 days and I still can’t use my debit when my money became available I’m guess they strict because I receive an text as soon as I made a purchase making sure it wasn’t an fraud transaction I responded it was me and it said wait 1-2 minutes I waited 4 hours before using my card again but this time I went to atm to withdraw my funds, it still won’t approve my transactions it’s frustrating because i can’t call nobody I can only chat which it takes some time for them to reply and when they do they can’t resolve the issue right away they have to send the issue to some higher up which it’s confusing because my debit card still active, I still can log in into my account just can’t get my money off or make purchases I’m scared to transfer money because I seen a review saying a person got they account closed. I’m just hoping they not scamming me

Just had money transferred to this account and couldn’t use it online or physically. Complete scam they freeze your money into the account, never moving it. I mailed the money to me to see if I’d get it by mail and I still haven’t after a month.

I discovered re:start mobile banking app from browsing through the App Store in search of a new mobile banking service personally it’s no different from any other mobile banking apps/services upon/after registering and creating a new account I uploaded my first check through the mobile check upload it was accepted but placed on a 7 day extended hold so I don’t recommend for uploading your checks as you won’t have access to your money until or within 7 days otherwise it’s your average mobile banking app not sure if I’ll be getting a physical card by mail but I linked the virtual card to my Apple Pay for in store and online purchases
