## Restaurant Connection Reviews in United States

### *---- "Worst app ever"
The app is terrible and glitchy but the business and customer service is even worse. Awful!
-- Memosjskodp, 2026-05-31

### *---- "Trash"
This business and app are garbage.
-- Mohamed474752, 2025-10-06

### *---- "Zero"
Worst app I’ve ever used
-- Caseysddddaddicted, 2025-08-31

### *---- "Garbage"
Whatever happened in their new update the app is turned into absolute garbage. When you get to the cart, you can’t click on proceed to check out with your cart. I guess we’ll never use restaurant connection again.
-- Mjm29287, 2025-07-02

### *---- "TERRIBLE"
After waiting 1.5 hours, my order disappeared! Customer service was not helpful at all and told me to place another order and wait another HOUR AND A HALF. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. And they charged my credit card! For nothing! Scam!
-- Wells H. Blackstone, 2025-05-15

### *---- "Disrespectful"
We ordered from a restaurant via Restaurant Connection. Not only did they charge a $18 delivery fee and $10 service fee. They (Ralph) had the audacity to call and ask us to tip the driver “so that we can deliver your food”. I always tip cash so that 100% of it can go to the person it is intended for. But since when is the possibility of a delivery contingent on the amount that is tipped? Terrible business practice. We will never use this app again and I strongly urge everyone to refrain from using it if possible.
-- RobK123, 2025-01-15

### **--- "Archaic"
Mobile experience is really buggy and just not good.
-- HavenAlex, 2024-12-10

### ***** "Great Food Quick!"
I love RC! They deliver from only the best restaurants in Santa Barbara. Recently had a delivery from St Bibiana. Food was very hot and delicious because it was delivered quickly.
-- Sean SB52, 2024-05-30

### ***** "Easy transaction. Received as ordered."
Smooth transaction. Order arrived on time without problem.
-- FlapjackTheCat, 2024-05-21

### *---- "unprofessional customer service"
The order have missing item but I can't just return the whole order. What can I do with the separate parts?
