Cannot even get a refund of your money with this app as Customer Service doesn’t even reply to any correspondence

This app is total BS. You’re charging crazy amount of money for an app that doesn’t work. I completed everything but my name won’t stick , it keeps replacing my name with some white guy’s name n surname
