De er åbenbart så unikke, at man ikke kan få SMS/Mail/eboks. Jeg får besked om at jeg har fået en faktura til betaling, men der er ingen faktura at se når jeg åbner app’en. Efter at have misset første betaling med nogle dage af den grund - med gebyr på godt 300,- kr og krav om dobbeltbetaling for at forblive rentefri - finder jeg ud af at den ligger 3 klik inde under historik. Får at vide at den ligger der fordi den ikke er betalt. Idag fik jeg besked om at faktura for august er kommet. Den ligger heller ikke på forsiden, men 3 klik inde under historik… altså et ulogisk sted fordi den er til betaling om 20 dage. Desuden kan jeg ikke åbne faktura igen hvis jeg lukket den. Så skal jeg logge ud og logge ind igen. Det lugter langt væk at bevidst at lave forhindringer for at øge muligheden for sene betalinger, og på den måde tjene på gebyrer. Kan på ingen måde anbefale Resoursbank eller app’en her.
