## Resurva Appointment Manager Reviews in United States

### ***** "Great and solid appointment system."
I’ve been using this appointment system for my barbershop business for over two years now, and it’s been a game-changer. The system is reliable, easy to use, and has helped streamline our booking process significantly. My clients love the convenience of booking online. The interface is user-friendly for both me and my customers, and it integrates seamlessly with my schedule. It’s also customizable, which is a great feature for a business like mine. Overall, it’s been a solid investment and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to simplify their appointment management.
-- True Barbers, 2024-12-15

### ***** "10 years strong with Resurva"
We’ve used resurva since 2014 it’s never given us any major issues, the app could definitely use some work, and I’m sure they are working on making it better. Resurva keep up the good work keep this platform simple and continue to make it better as always, we look forward to it and to the continued business support from you guys.

Thank you Resurva,

Hermanos Barber & Shop

### ***** "My Personal Secretary"
This app has helped me sooooooo much it allows my clients to book at their convenience and frees so much of up my time no more double booking or clients calling during my work hours what a relief! They have tons of cool features for example: clients can pay upfront for their service you can charge a percentage if client fails to show up to an appointment, they also have a waitlist feature if you are booked for the day it gives clients option to get on waitlist and will notify them if someone happens to cancel and you are available, these are some of my favorite features they have sooo much more!
-- CBSPLUS_STYLEZ, 2022-10-13

### ***-- "Pretty disappointing"
Why is there still not a text option for clients? There’s a call option but it’s 2021. Everyone texts now. Also, the phone version is very limited. I wish you could make and edit notes on the phone version and require payment or remove require payment for clients.
-- Russell , 2021-04-06

### *---- "Ehhh"
This app needs a lot of work , crashes every time you try and view a clients past history, crashes every time you click on a clients profile , and crashes for no apparent reason , someone needs to get on top of this ASAP!!!
-- q.03, 2020-12-15

### ***** "Solid app from customer perspective"
Touch ID is super helpful- I don’t like logging in each time but that makes it way smoother. I love the fact that I can book an appointment, put it on my phone calendar and set up text and email reminders within 30 seconds. Super convenient
-- Ben H 2, 2020-11-12

### *---- "Can’t reset my password"
ive been trying to reset my password 10 times and don’t get a email response from you to reset it. Nothing in my email or junk email. I have to call the barber shop to send up appointment for them. Please fix this issue ASAP
-- lajetsetter, 2019-12-02

### **--- "Horrible Update"
Can’t even login...made the app even worse...worst appointment app ever
-- Cozy17, 2019-11-25

### *---- "Wow... Just SO bad"
App is a complete train wreck
Zero functionality
Zero support

Just call your barber for the appointment, it’s way easier
-- Pzykostyle, 2019-09-01

### *---- "Almost there"
The app does the job of letting me book an appointment but the convenience is almost lost with the lack of features in this app. Every time open the app, I have to log back in which is a big pain and the lack of not being able to see my past appointments would be a really nice feature to have moving forwards.
