Totally non-responsive. I (on my own, as Resy “support” is zero help) figured out that it seems to be something about my WiFi or i.p. address, because if either use data or someone else’s secure WiFi, it works fine. But I’m not having problems with any other websites or reservation apps. I’ve passed all this info along plus more to Resy, and keep getting prompt and polite “we’ll get get back to you very soon” responses…but they never actually do so, and nothing improves (except for one *fleeting*, faux-“Eureka” moment where I was able to get in briefly after restarting my router). At this point I don’t expect they’ll ever proactively send a response, let alone solve the problem.
