This app does everything I need it to do and support is always there for our team. The easy setup is great and manageable by anyone with a brain! All these 1star reviews seem suspect, but, eh. The price is the prize! You’re not going to find anything comparable to Resy at this price point. (Check out OpenTable’s monster fees!)
Please fix this! The newest update has so many glitches, not showing reservation history, not following through with basic operations such as noting when tables are done, etc Have many other services that would love our business please fix asap
Cannot change reservations. Cannot change status. 500 errors. Support is no where to be found. Way to go AMEX … taking care of small business. Monday will be the day I speak with TOCK and stop taking AMEX. Thanks for undermining our success.
Please fix the guest history bug, we need this information!
Very bad app. Always small problems with running it. And now, it doesn’t even open anymore. It knocks us out constantly even after reloading through the App Store. The programmers should be ashamed of themselves
After the newest update ResyOS has bega to give problems opening up the app. Before this update the app was working just fine. It works fine on other iOS devices besides the iPad. Is anyone else having this issue where there app will not load anymore? If so please please give some helpful information if possible. Thank you.
This last update ruined the app - I can’t access some of the tables on my floor plan because it won’t let me pan out for some reason, and the view of the tables/turn times seems to have regressed, making it look very outdated
Like many apps, when updates are made new “bugs” or glitches arise. Newest update (9/2022) affected iPhone floor plans, but tablets seemed to be unaffected. Little annoyances like screen shifting have been resolved, but some reservation “defaults” persist and guest search is the absolute worst. CS prior to Amex and their out-sourced service was so much more localized and responsive. Now if you have a problem, it’s a scripted, “did you try this first….” Automated response. When chatting with CS reps it rarely gets resolved and ends with disappointment or “we have relayed your concern to our developers” kind of answer. Resy has so much potential, though, and the price is right so it is difficult to get too worked up over it.
New update doesn’t allow me to see all my tables on the floor plan even when I pinch to zoom out.
